Welcome to Urskog Photography! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
1.1. Urskog Photography reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. 1.2. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our website and services.
2. Services
2.1. Urskog Photography offers elopement wedding photography and elopement wedding planning services. Our services include, but are not limited to, photography, location scouting, ceremony planning, vendor coordination, and timeline management. 2.2. All services are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. 2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers initial planning and coordination services. 3.2. Full payment is required upon completion of the photography and planning services or as per the agreed-upon terms. 3.3. Urskog Photography reserves the right to withhold final images and other deliverables until full payment is received.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
4.1. All images produced by Urskog Photography are protected by copyright. Urskog Photography retains full copyright unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 4.2. Clients are granted a license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior written consent from Urskog Photography. 4.3. Urskog Photography reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio display, social media, and advertising, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1. Cancellations made within [insert number] days of the scheduled elopement may incur a cancellation fee. 5.2. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be arranged at least [insert number] days in advance. 5.3. 6. Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality images and services, we are not responsible for any unforeseeable issues, such as technical failures, adverse weather conditions, or vendor-related problems.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
